The recipes and information in this blog reference the Weight Watcher's point system. If you are not familiar with this point system, and just want ideas to help you lose or maintain weight then this blog is for you also. The goal for food in the Weight Watcher's plan is to be low calorie, low in fat, and high in fiber.
