Had a bit of a rough weekend. Got some very bad news, and had a hard time moving past it. Saturday I used my 35 flex points, but yesterday was just a bad eating day. A bad EMOTIONAL eating day. I knew it. I didn't want to stop it even though I recognized it. I am OK with it, because it ended with yesterday.
Sometimes we need to be OK that we are human and will never be perfect. I knew I was making horrible choices, but once in a while that will happen. The trick is to set limits. Though I didn't say it to myself during my pity party, I knew it would stop with the end of the day.
And today I got up, exercised and ate right. That is what habits are for! We just need to stay the course until it is a habit, and it really isn't that hard.
