Really Good Light Ranch Dressing

Tonight I made baked "fried" zucchini,

which I got from Gina's Weight Watcher Recipe Blog. It definitely needed ranch to dip it in. I am not a fan of reduced fat ranch dressing from the store, so here is a great recipe:

Makes 16 Servings/2T each Serving/.5pts ea.
26 calories/1.5g fat ea.

Ranch Salad Dressing/Seasoning mix, 1/2 pkg.
1 1/2 C. Reduced Fat Buttermilk
4 T Light Mayo
4 T Light Sour Cream

Whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Sounds yummy, will absolutely have to tr it! I am trying to stay away from HFCS and EVERY ranch style dressing I seem to find has it! YUCK.

This was so yummy Jen. And I've never liked zuccini. Imagine that! I'm really motivated to stay on my diet this time. It might of been because of these...or you. Either way, thank you.

Hi there, what a pretty blog I've stumbled upon. This looks very tasty. I wonder if substitute buttermilk would work, where you add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to a cup of 2% milk.... I will give it a try. Thanks very much for the recipe!

I Googled "best light ranch", as I've never had a light ranch I liked, and I came across your recipe. I just prepared it and it is AMAZING! It might actually be better than any full fat ranch I've had. Thanks for the recipe!!
