It Felt Like Torture But I Did It!
I did my 2-mile run tonight for the first time. My goal is to do it (or another equivalent activity) 3 nights a week in addition to my normal work-outs. I haven't run (outside) in over 2 years. It was hard and my joints complained like an 80-year-old woman, but I did it! Now I just have to do it again!

Good for you!! I used to be a runner, too and one of my goals is to get back at it. I've run 2 marathons and can't imagine now how I did that!
